Tricia Heil Davis of Austin is an attorney in private practice in Austin, where she handles cases in the areas of attorney licensure, as well as civil and family law mediation.
Ms. Heil Davis is a TMCA Credentialed Mediator and has been mediating since 2005. She has mediated hundreds of high-conflict family law cases and parental rights cases. Ms. Heil Davis has served as a parenting facilitator, parenting coordinator, and arbitrator in high-conflict family law cases, and is experienced in representing parents and children in custody disputes. Ms. Davis will work creatively and effectively to strive to reach the best resolution for all the parties. She previously served as the Assistant Director of the Texas Lawyers Assistance Program and has special knowledge and extensive experience working with parties and families in which substance abuse is an issue.
Ms. Heil Davis has over 25 years of experience representing lawyers and law students before the Texas Board of Law Examiners. Her determined advocacy has led to hundreds of successful outcomes.
Ms. Heil Davis received her law degree from St. Mary's University School of Law (1994, with Honors) and her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas (Biochemistry, 1982).
Ms. Heil Davis is a member of the Association of Attorney Mediators, the Texas Association of Mediators, the Texas Mediator Credentialing Association, and a Fellow of the State Bar College.
She has written and spoken extensively on the legal and ethical implications of impairments in the legal profession, and is a frequent speaker and trainer in the areas of Ethics, Mediation.
She is a recipient of the Ralph Mock Lifetime Achievement Award from the Texas Lawyers Concerned for Lawyers.
